MJ Travel NorthWest – Company Policy & Terms of Service

MJ Travel NorthWest operates legally under Liverpool City Council’s Private Hire Operator Licensing regulations.
We provide professional transport services including airport transfers, long-distance travel, tours, events and business travel.

Booking Terms

Bookings must be made in advance via website, phone, email or WhatsApp.

Prices are based on distance, date, waiting time, luggage and passenger requirements.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment/deposit has been received where required.


Airport Transfers

Live flight tracking is included when a flight number is provided.

60 minutes free waiting time after landing.

Additional waiting time is chargeable if exceeded.



No-Show / Customer Not Present

If our driver attends and the customer is not present or cannot be contacted:

The booking will be classed as a No-Show

and the full fare remains payable.

If a customer is left at the airport without attending their scheduled pickup:

> MJ Travel NorthWest will seek to recover the agreed fare in full, including through formal recovery if required.


This protects driver time, fuel and business operating costs.



Cancellation & Refund Policy

Notice Given Refund Amount

Over 48 hours Full refund
24–48 hours 50% refund
Under 24 hours No refund


Exceptions may be made at management discretion for genuine circumstances.



Passenger Safety

Seat belts must be worn at all times.

No abusive or aggressive behaviour towards staff or drivers.

Eating/drinking may be restricted at the driver’s discretion.

A driver may refuse travel if a safety risk is present.




Luggage & Equipment

Large items (prams, golf clubs, instruments etc.) must be declared at booking.

MJ Travel NorthWest is not responsible for damage caused by over-sized or improperly packed luggage.



Delays Outside Our Control

We aim to run all journeys punctually, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Traffic & road conditions

Weather disruption

Security queues

Unforeseen incidents


Updates will always be provided where possible.



Your Responsibility as a Customer

By booking with MJ Travel NorthWest you agree to:

✔ Be ready on time for pickup
✔ Treat vehicles and staff respectfully
✔ Pay any outstanding balance on request
